MAKING A PURCHASE
If you are interested in purchasing an item please download the Order Form, fill in the name and code of the work you wish to purchase (please go to the Artwork you are interested in for this information) together with your address, e-mail address and telephone number.
On the Order Form you have two payment options, national/ international Bank Transfer (this takes some time) or Paypal. Please tell us which option you prefer to use.
Please also indicate which shipping option applies to you, Germany, Europe or Worldwide. E-mail the completed Order Form to jochen@jochenpaesen.com.
In the case of Worldwide orders, we will calculate your shipping costs when we receive your Order Form and get back to you with the details. We ask that you reply letting us know whether these costs are acceptable to you. If you accept these costs we will send you a confirmation of your order followed by an Invoice sent to your e-mail account (Paypal invoice if you chose this option on your Order Form).
WHY PAYPAL?
If you have chosen to use Paypal as your payment method you will receive a Paypal Invoice via e-mail where you will be asked to sign up for a PayPal account (which is free). Once you have done this you can pay using your PayPal Balance, Instant Bank Transfer, eCheque, Credit or Debit Card.
Jochen Paesen Automotive Artwork has chosen to use PayPal as it is a SECURE, SIMPLE and QUICK way to send and receive money. For payments made the seller (Jochen Paesen Automotive Artwork) will be charged a fee and not the buyer.
We apologize if you think that it is inconvenient to open a PayPal account, however, we feel that it is of utmost importance to be able to offer you a secure way to make payments.

A Confirmation of Order indicates that we have received your order, however, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Your order is accepted and a contract exists between us, when we send you an invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: As most products on sale at Jochen Paesen Automotive Artwork are limited to a small series, the above procedure has been included incase we are no longer able to supply a particular product.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We welcome orders from all over the world and will be glad to quote a shipping charge for air-mail delivery outside Europe. We use several different couriers to provide you with the best service at the lowest cost. We deliver your order as quickly as possible. Giclée prints are individual made-to-order, so please allow a few days to create the print(s).
We will normally send your order within 5 working days after your payment has been received (international orders are usually received within 14 days).
You will get a confirmation e-mail when we receive your payment and another on the day your artwork is shipped. The e-mail will include a link to the couriers website where you can track the progress of your shipment online. All shipments made by Jochen Paesen Automotive Artwork require a signature on receipt.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All paper prints are unframed and will be shipped in a tube. We do everything we can to ensure all artwork is shipped in excellent condition. All prints are inspected, placed between protective tissues and carefully rolled into a shipping tube.
Because your artwork comes in a tube, it may have the tendency to curl when you remove it. By simply placing four heavy books on each corner for a couple of days it will straighten out again.
All canvas artwork is stretched onto a rectangular frame ready to mount on the wall and requires crating to be shipped.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please refuse delivery of any obviously damaged items from our courier. Do not open the package and tell the courier so they can take the necessary steps to return it to us.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied we will happily exchange or refund (not including shipping costs) provided the item is returned to us within 30 days from date of shipment.
If you would like to return something please notify us BEFORE sending it back. Return the item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in including the protective tissues. Make sure you include a copy of the invoice with an explanation letting us know why you are not satisfied with the artwork. Please be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange or prefer a refund.
All items that are returned should be insured to the full value of the package contents (including any shipping pre-paid by the customer).
